Recently I went to Brevard, NC. I wanted to go up to the mountains and I learned a number of notable things:

• Brevard is known as the land of waterfalls.
• The beer is great and cheap (definitely visit the Brevard Brewing Company)
• The pizza is not great.
• The Square Root is a fantastic place to eat.
• The water in the waterfalls is COLD when it is 50 degrees outside.

Do not order chicken pad thai with a 7/10 on the spicy scale :)

I'm still working on the "Ravens" section of the website, but I have been taking a break from developing software at home since work these past few weeks has been pretty busy at work. I am excited for the Ravens, but I do wish that they found a way to keep Terrell Suggs :(.

I do want to make the blog system more robust, so I should be rolling out some new things over the next couple of months.

Happy Tuesday! I started working on a new 2D Unity game and I've updated the projects page to feature a couple of the other projects that I am working on. Of course, I am not working on these in a very dedicated fashion so it might be months or even years before there is anything to show for my efforts!

I added some basic paging to the site, so that the site pages don't get so large. I will be working on other news/blog features over the next few weeks. I am working on a new project at work so I am using a lot of my mental energy before I get home. :)
On another note, my wife and I went to Edmund's Oast this weekend and it was really good! I had octopus, calamari, and lamb. The beer and the dessert were the best parts of the meal though.
